Milan Hladký

Milan has been working in advertising since 1994; between 1996 and 2010 within VACULIK ADVERTISING he participated in preparations of advertising campaigns for a number of local and foreign brands. Among the most significant were TATRA BANKA, EuroTel, T-Mobile Slovakia, T-Mobile Czech Republic, AEGON, AVON, Panasonic, Samsung, health insurance company Dôvera, VW, LIPTOV/Bongrain, DELL, IKEA, Electrolux, ABBOTT, GlaxoSmithKline, Fun Radio. In 2004 he became the Creative Director.

A number of campaigns in which Milan Hladký as Creative Director participated won prestigious international awards. Campaigns for Tatra Banka, for instance, won silver medals in 2005 and 2009 at MIDAS AWARD NEW
YORK (the World's Best Financial Marketing & Advertising™), and bronze medals in 2007 and 2009 at AME AWARDS NEW YORK (Advertising & Marketing Effectiveness). At the prestigious Golden Drum festival in Portoroz (Slovenia) it was the award for best campaign (Golden Watch 2005). In addition, he contributed to winning a number of local awards (Golden Nail, Golden Pit). In 2006, VACULIK ADVERTISING became the Slovak agency of the year, while Milan Hladký won the title Creative Director of the Year 2009.

In 2005-2007, Milan Hladký was Vice President of ADC SLOVAKIA (Association of creative professionals in advertising). He has been appointed several times as member of the jury for the creative contest Golden Nail, and in 2005 he was appointed a jury member for the New York Festival - category TV Spot.

In 2011, together with Lucia Tarjabovská, Milan Hladký stood at the beginning of Brand Academy - an education institution specializing in the area of brand and communication on the Czech and Slovak markets.
